| Introduction |
The west metro area of Minneapolis features seven different rotations
of streets named in alphabetical order. This the sixth sequence of
streets in alphabetical order heading towards the west, running from
Annapolis Lane to Zanzibar Lane.
The best place to see this sequence is to travel on I-494 in the northwestern suburbs and exit on Highway 9 (Rockford Road). The sequence of streets runs from the first block west of I-494 to about a mile and one-half west of I-494. To see the most number of streets in this sequence, one would have to zig-zag across a number of east-west avenues such as 42nd, 44th, 45th, and 46th ave. |
