Apollo Skylab 2 command module on display at the National Museum of
Naval Aviation in Pensacola, Florida. This museum is located on the
Pensacola Naval Air Station. Follow signs to the base gate, and ask
the guard for permission to visit the museum. Skylab 2 was the first
manned flight to Skylab, with Skylab 1 being the launch of the huge
space station. Skylab was damaged on lift-off, and this mission was
essentially a rescue mission that featured extensive space walks and
improvised hardware solutions.
