Here is a cable stayed skyway in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, connecting the new Block E entertainment complex to the Target Center arena. The downtown area is extensively connected by skyways, but this is the only one using the cable stay design.

The cables appear to be loose in this photo. As a result, it appears that the cable stay mechanism is decorative rather than being structural.
