B-47B Stratojet bomber on display at the Tinker Heritage Park on the grounds of Tinker AFB, just east of downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The park is located just outside of one of the main entrances to Tinker AFB. Normally, the park is open during daylight hours, and is available without having to enter the base or obtain a base pass. During my 2006 visit, the gate area was under construction, so the airpark was closed. I had to resort to taking photos from across the freeway from a city park, and from a freeway exit that runs along the park. The latter is both dangerous and illegal, so I would not suggest that others try this.
